Vertex Holdings Inc. provides convergent telecommunication services via three wholly owned primary entities: Vertex Telecom Inc., OneSuite Corporation (OneSuite.com), and Vertex Super Switch eXchange Corporation (SSX) with nearly 200 employees worldwide. Through these entities, the Company provides cost-effective, prepaid phone cards and post-paid long distance telephone services, integrated data products and managed IP-based virtual private network (IP-VPN) solutions to individuals and SMBs. Vertex currently focuses on ethnically niche Asian-American community.
In addition, the company operates a carrier-class collocation switching facility and provides related services such as voice and data wholesale, and engineering outsourcing, that enable Asian and U.S. telecommunications carriers to establish a point of presence in each other's markets. At the same time, the company's own call centers are based in the Philippines and China.
